If Obama had a late filed BC, there would be a amendment. Like,mother issued a letter informing about the birth and was accepted by the courts for late filing. That's a problem for obama because he said hewas born in a hospital where there would not be a late filing. Plus BC's were given to foreign born at the time in Hawaii.
If Obama never formally changed his name back from Soetoro after he came back from Jakarta,then he has a problem on legal documents, law license, filing in each state for POTUS run, etc.
I agree with the Chrysler lawsuit by the plaintiff. They have standing to ask if Obama was eligible to be POTUS. They have a right to know if he is eligible before going forward to fight the Unconstitutional way this was done by Obama and his radical admin. Was Obama eligible to make the decision to ruin their livelihood? If not then it will be the American people who pay them back for everything they lost.
Considering there was no rhyme or reason to which dealerships were shut down. Some say those shut down were partisan reasons only. And the fact with one phone call some in Obama's admin were able to stop the shutting down of a particular dealership of a buddy says this court case has a very good chance of winning.
