Maybe you can tell me Mr. Marine Inspector...If there are thousands of super smart, highly skilled, government employees with advanced degrees, as Mr. Federal Government employee above suggested, why is the government, our economy, and things like our borders so lawless, chaotic and declining?

I'll ask again, what are all these thousands of non-military/national security, super smart, highly skilled, highly paid, government employees with advanced degrees doing, that it requires such smart people with these advanced degrees?
