John Stossel has broadcast the following email:
Its finally here my new Fox Business show! Fox fittingly has titled it, Stossel. It premieres Thursday at 8 p.m. It will repeat Fridays at 10 p.m., where Ill be up against my old program, 20/20.
FBN has given me an opportunity to do 44 TV shows on what I am passionate about: economic liberty. For my first shows, at least, I will experiment with a studio audience. Im inviting both friends, and people who will scream at me and tell me free markets are evil. If you are in the New York area and youd like to join an audience on 48th and 6th Avenue, please e-mail me at stosseltix@foxnews.com.
My first show, Thursday Dec. 10, will be on Ayn Rands novel Atlas Shrugged or on Global Warming. Then Ill do one on health care.
I hope you will watch and tell me what Im doing wrong. Or right.
Unfortunately, some of you dont get Fox Business News on your Cable system. Please call your cable company and tell them you wont pay your bill until they offer FBN
I definitely would love to be in the audience for a show.
Self-ping too.
Same here.
BUMP!
Poor BOR, John will cut into his his ratings.
I’m really looking forward to this.
according to link below, the show will appear again tonight:

Would love to ask Stossel “why do you support the same free trade ideas as Al Gore, George Soros, Jimmy Carter, Bill and Hillaru Clinton, Barbara Boxer, Dianne Feinstein, etc....”
That would probably end the show right there.....
Stossel’s economics are why we are in this economic predicament today. One must know the real difference between Free Markets and Free Trade
What, exactly, does Free Trade have to do with the housing bubble, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae?
I expected information but I learned nothing from watching the show, nor was I entertained. So in my opinion it was more or less a waste of time and if the show format doesn't improve I don't expect it to survive.
The typical Fox viewer expects either hard information or biting commentary, or a combination of both, and this show failed to deliver.
FWIW that's my review.
“Stossels economics are why we are in this economic predicament today.”
Stossel advocates massive government entitlement spending?
Stossel advocates irresponsible mortgage loans, consumer credit cards?
Stossel advocates government deficit spending at federl and (recently) state levels?
If you have a Stossel ping list - please add me.
