Just seems this is clear proof that North Korea is actively contributing to the death of American soldiers in the War on Terror going on in Afghanistan that Zero just declared to be a “just war.”
Having said thus, seems to me that “just war” would now include a military response to North Korea.....

Not necessarily. The barrier to a US military action against the NK government has long been the unwillingness of China and SK to go along with it. And China certainly has the military and economic strength to object in some very unpleasant ways. The trouble is that suddenly knocking down the NK government would result in a huge and immediate swarm of North Koreans into China and SK, causing major problems for both those countries. There’s just no infrastructure at all in NK, so absolutely no reason for anyone to stay — they’ll just run for it because they desperately need to find food.
