Well, I guess if not foaming at the mouth and eyes not bugging out is doing pretty well then I'd have to agree, other than that she came off as a brainwashed sheep.
I hope this video goes completely viral. It is by far the best informal stark presentation of the climate change issue that I have seen. Very compelling, if a bit painful to watch because the lady is so obviously outmatched by Monckton’s expertise (but then again, so am I and everyone else I know — not to mention almost every poster on FR).
But Monckton is amazing. What a brilliant spokesman for rationality in the global warming debate.
No wonder Al Gore — or any other public AGW advocate — has been too afraid to accept his challenges to debate.

But she's pretty darn fluent. Language barriers are not an issue. I think it was pretty clear that her examination of the issues was superficial.
Look, she's completely unaware of the recent temperature record, which is easily accessible. She's completely unaware of the satellite pictures and measurements from the University of Illinois, which is readily available.
What's illustrative, is she put took the time and effort to go protest when she didn't know squat. Did she travel for this? That would make it worse.
She didn't do "well," other than the fact she hung in there when she was clearly in over her head. Hopefully she will go home and do the research and realize she's been duped.
Dream on. The best she'll do is ask some of her Greenpeace buddies. Reaching the committed is virtually impossible.

Exactly what I said when I posted this to my Facebook page. Haven't some other people challenged Gore too, but he never responds. I think Bjorn Lomborg has challenged him too.
