Anyone who says there is no fraud, hasn’t seen the analyses of the computer programs.

“private doubt”???

Yeah, if I used a “trick” to “hide the decline” I think I might have “private doubts” as well.

Sheesh.

A smoking gun, the glare of hate caught by the unblinking eye; and yet the mother screams “My boy wouldn't shoot nobody!”

Rush's Morning Update: Exposé

Last week, California Democrat Senator Barbara Boxer called for criminal charges to be brought against the hackers who exposed the global warming hoax.

During a meeting of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee responsible for cap-and-tax legislation, Boxer said, "You call it ClimateGate; I call it E-mail-theft-gate. This is a crime." She said she may or may not hold hearings on ClimateGate, but if she does her goal will be to punish the hackers. She doesn't care that the emails revealed that top scientists in the U.S. and England purposely manipulated data, and tried to squash dissenting views.

But Boxer may have a tough road ahead. British newspapers now reveal the hacked emails were first published on a small computer server in a Siberian city where the Russian secret service has used hackers before. The speculation is, the Russians are trying to undermine the upcoming global warming environmental wacko summit in Copenhagen because as a major oil exporter, Russia has a lot to lose if cap-and-tax is adopted.

I think it would be hilariously ironic if it turns out the Russians, with their repressive Communist history, were responsible for exposing the greatest hoax in modern science, fomented by the same western liberals who once adored the Soviets.

But here's the big picture. It isn't the hackers, it's what they hacked. The global warming hoax is the real crime against humanity and liberals worldwide are the accomplices. Hell, they're the architects.

However, the exchanges don’t undercut the vast body of evidence
DENIAL, REFUSAL, ARROGANCE but not stupid. They will now play the word game to convince you that this is a conspiracy to derail the saving of our world.

Only proves AP is a card carrying member of the Carbon Mafia. Not that we didn’t already know that.

Did the AP put as many folks on this as they did on Palin’s book?

“Sometimes the data didn't line up as perfectly as scientists wanted.”

This sentence is all the proof one needs that this whole Global Warming thing is a hoax.
It either is or isn't but it definitely isn't if their data didn't line up perfectly.

All the fraud is not in the emails, it’s in the codes.

The 1,073 e-mails examined by the AP show that scientists harbored private doubts, however slight and fleeting, even as they told the world they were certain about climate change.

Let's see, they tell you something is absolutely true even though they themselves weren't sure.

Yep, that's fraud.

I like how this news article is more concerned with arguing a point, than it is for reporting the news fairly.

This is nothing more nor less than plea bargaining. "I will deny fraud but plead guilty to the lesser offense of pettiness. Now, we all are supposed to accept the deal, and move on.

Did they write the article before or after they read the emails? How could anybody make that conclusion from them?

It’s funny how they keep throwing out excuses, then when one doesn’t work they move to a new one, which is just as bad as the one before.
