I only wish it were so but congress stalling will only represent the day the hole we are in is not dug deeper than it already is. From that day the real work of rebuilding starts.
Rebuilding is a joyless thing to me because it should have been unnecessary. It is like having to backtrack 100 miles for a left camera that may be stolen already, the relief of finding it still there but still having to drive that same 100 miles again. The result of course is that the day’s trek should have ended hours ago.
