It's not. The B1 certainly is, though.

No it's not, all the "stealth" technology in the world won't stop a sonic boom. The cloud surrounding the B2 in the above pictures is do to localized low pressure in humid air, not a shock wave.

GtG

I like how on the B-52, the US Aircraft Insignia is camouflaged. As if the enemy isn't going to notice a friggin' Buff because they spy the insignia. On B-52's, the full color US Insignia should be on proud display.

No, interesting picture, usually that is a shockwave picture.

Maybe they told the Zero that it was supersonic so they had to photoshop the picture for him.

Lol...
Many photographs on the web depict condensation clouds around aircraft.
Because these clouds tend to be seen when the aircraft flies at near-sonic speeds,
it is frequently said that they “visualize shock waves” or are due to the aircraft
“bursting through the sound barrier”.
Neither statement is true.
It’s a Prandtl-Glauert Condensation Cloud,

Dixie Yooper, it's the only photo I've seen of the three heavy bombers flying together; reminds me of the rare USAF photos of a B-2 Spirit and two F-22A Raptors flying together: http://chamorrobible.org/gpw/gpw-200905.htm

Here's a photo, taken on 10 May 2008 by USAF Staff Sgt. Samuel E. Rogers, of just BUFF and the B-2 Spirit flying together over Shreveport, Louisiana, USA:

3000x1755 pixels and 5125x3000 pixels
