Why they want him transfered to another government school is beyond me. They need a private school or home schooling in that area.
Sadly there are large parts of this country where no one should send their kids to government schools.

They need to publish the teacher’s name. It’s not in the article. Otherwise it seems like some ambiguous bureaucracy did this. Some one is to blame and I think it’s the teacher.
