Anyone get the tail number of the aircraft? It might be one of the same ones who have hauled cargoes for the US military. I've seen one of those, in the Ukrainian livery, on the ramp at Gray Army Airfield, Ft. Hood. when I flying into the Killeen airport, which uses the same runways.
