OK ,I will answer like a true ‘Levin conservative’, You will get it back in economic growth(Bush economic growth=debt) when your house price goes up. If it doesn't work out, blame Barney Frank.
Come on, excuse city. You are saying Levin assumed they were brilliant? Anyone thinking outside of ‘Levin's bunker’ knows and knew Clinton had similar problems in 1993.
In Obama's case they had to pass what was sold as a ‘stimulus’ program first (just a payoff to lib groups.) Pelosi made sure that was a dud. They were hoping the economy would recover on it's own. Economy and jobs polled #1 concern.
Health reform proposals started after that. Health care was pure quicksand. Obama and Liberals believed similar what Levin was telling his listeners,(my neighbors all tried to tell me this too) , that Obama’s personality could pass anything. But Obama ran out of money, much was his fault, some was just bad luck. So now they couldn't do what Bush did and put Health Care (Senior Presciption drugs) on the national credit card, they had to raise taxes and other unpleasant stuff up front. Add Tea Parties and Town hall meetings. Add concerns about Abortion like 1994. Add the Senate. Add illegals. Add mounting job losses, add concern over grwoing debt..
But back in November Levin didn't want you to expect any of this stuff. He wanted you to think we would all die if McCain lost.
Mark was right, 0zer0 is certainly trying every type of thuggery to get his agenda accomplished. And if he doesn't, it will be because we've worked very hard to stop it. Mark was issuing a battle call with that prediction. Which you would realize if you really were a fan.
Life is about doing the right thing. The right thing was to support McCain. If only because by life insurance actuarial rules a vote for McCain was a likelihood of a President Palin. If only because a vote for a third party candidate was quasi-vote for a criminal — Obama.
Levin was right.
Again I ask you — to what purpose do you attempt to talk down Levin?
No one sees the future perfectly or even close to perfectly.
You are, I think, projecting some inner conflict you have onto Levin. What you have brought as argument makes no sense.
When Levin spoke of Obama’s ability that was in warning of what is possible and to his mind probable. He was right.

No that is why I am not a fan anymore, want less battle cries, more truth. Actually Levin told his listeners Obama would be unstoppable if McCain lost.
I do think Mark is the best. Of course you don’t have to think so... but I doubt you’re going to convince any of his fans that he isn’t.

That reminds me of a lecture I gave a divorced neighbor who had a nack of picking guys (without her asking questions) that caused her big problems. I said “ You cant look at men through the glasses that make them appear as your desires. You have to ask questions”
Those that love talk radio (as I did for many years) do so because it Presents a world that works the way they want to believe it does:“Democrats are evil. Republicans are good. Republicans save the economy, democrats destroy it. Voices that contradicts our vision is biased and have an agenda so dont listen to them.” It is those glasses. Problem is when it all falls apart: election losses, economy crashes, war situation gets worse not better. It takes a true believer to keep those glasses on.
And liberals don't have the answer either. In fact they have their own glasses:"Obama is too nice a guy. He works with Republicans too much. It is all Bushes fault, Bla-Bla-Bla..". Guess what?? Same glasses.

If you don’t want to work within the Republican Party
who has a majority of Conservatives, then join the democrats, supporting a third party candidate is the same thing.
As for Glenn Beck, he uses comments and information from others without attribute and is why many Conservatives are fed up with him.
Beck’s crap that Democrats and Republicans are all alike is his shtik to push his propaganda.
If he thinks Sarah Palin, Jim DeMint etc, Republicans and Obama, Harry Reid Democrats are the same which he states by his comment, he proves he is a dry drunk and emotional basket case who should go back to being a DJ and stop
