What it means is this: For all it's evils, the system of aparthied gave the populace a semblance of order, public services, and safety.

Now the gov't of SA is Marxist. Scratch that, I meant racist-marxist. They are rapidly devolving into a pure 3rd world hellhole, where rape and murder is commonplace.

And to think that this is a country that once fielded its' own homegrown fighter plane and had a nuclear program.
