The main reason for most is the money I think. With public skools spending $10-12 Grand per student per year in many districts, that is money taken at gunpoint from real families, and they simply can not afford to pay twice.
Like so many institutions in our country, it is not likely anything short of organized revolt is going to change it.
this means we are ready for a coup......now is the time!!!!!
