Could someone who knows clear up if this is the money cloture vote? Or is there another one after the bill hits the floor to end debate? I have heard conflicting views on this point.

Don't worry, ObaMao has discussed this with them already. They already have a plan for the House to vote on it as it is, and they can change the language on Abortion without it going back to the Senate.
This is their chance to ramrod this up our rears, plain and simple. They will and they have.

Being that Reid has filed for cloture, this is it. The final vote will be tonight. There will be a short debate, But I suspect Reid will pull another Pelosi and ban Republicans from the floor.

Just how is any of this constitutional? Just how can is that fact supressed so completely?
The health and insurance industry control over what we call government wants people sick. The poison the water with industrial waste and who knows what else. The pollute the food supply with GMOs that have no procedure to even determine if they are safe. The FDA is a racket to promote pill profits.
Government is organized crime and very much illegitimate. When illegitimate government displaces legitimate government, isn’t that treason?

Whatever is in Reid's bill we all know that it will STOP medical research cold.
With 300,000,000 constituents writing their Congresscritters about every ach, pain and scratch and how the appropriate federal agency didn't act on it, last thing that will ever get voted into the federal budget is money for grants for medical science.
It's all going to be eaten up addressing complaints.
I have a stack of them ready sufficient to crush Congressman Canoli's office

The courts have no authority regarding how each house of Congress conducts business.
On the other hand, the Sergeant at Arms of the House and/or Senate could, acting on behalf of the leadership, march out smartly and drag a judge into the chambers, hold a trial and execute him.
Just because it's never happened before doesn't mean that it can't.

Where is CBO costs? Where is the Bill? You, nor I, need to read the stinking bill. Just pay for it. And in the case of those of us over 55, die for it.

Cant someone on the right challenge the constitutionality of this bill? An emergency injunction or something to slow this mess down?
Im not a lawyer but Ive seen the Democrats get their way over and over again using the courts. About time we took a page from their playbook. After all it's worked so very well in getting the Constitution enforced against the Usurper.
The ordinary citizen, since his "injury" is not particular to him/her, will be found to have "no standing".

I predict that is EXACTLY what happens. Thieves know that when the cops are on the way you do not run back into the store to steal something else.
What a bunch of corrupt, insane people we have running our country.

Obama right this second is congratulating himself that his bill is about to be passed.
I am praying something out of the blue changes this.

I dont know how they can get 60 cloture votes Saturday night when Lieberman is in Connecticut. It's a short hop by C-20, which Obama will gladly send to pick him up.

The American Republic will endure until the day Congress discovers that it can bribe the public with the public's money.
