"I hope we are able to repeal this in 2010. If not, at least cut off the funding for it."

This is the good news. None of this stuff will take place until 2013 or so, which means we have plenty of time to regroup, fill the House and Senate with people who will actually do the will of the electorate, and throw this bill into hell where it belongs.

The problem is though, are there any candidates out there who will act on behalf of the people once they get elected? Time is short for American freedom now, either we defeat these bums in 2010 or we become another turd-world nation, poor, depressed and living under the lash of tyrants. The choice is ours, it all depends upon how much fire is still burning inside of Americans for freedom. Frankly, I don't see much fire out there in the hearts of Americans, the sheeple are patiently waiting for the Kenyan to bring them milk and honey, free, or course.

I don’t post often, but i read through daily what my fellow FReepers have to say.

So i ask this - What is there to do? This is a done deal or not?

How can WE the American people object to this being forced down our throats like some vile tongue depressor, causing the similar gag reflex, I might add.

My frustration is at an all time high - the silent majority used to refer to those of us with conservative values, who put God and country first but rarely spoke out.

It seems now that definition has changed slightly. It is those of us who oppose the fundamental reshaping of our government, our business and tax structure, the potential removal of Constitutional given rights and guarantees yet continually allow this to happen without calling those responsible for it to task, this is more then your typical conservative, this is the average joe on the street.

I feel this bill, if it passes, should be the clarion call for all of us who sit here as computer keyboard warriors, to get up, stand up and unfurl the flag of conservative values and let people know there IS an alternative. Too many people have forgotten Reagan’s vision of the shinning city on the hill.

We need to rally together - forget the infighting and bickering - we need to find someone, some voice to champion the conservative position and rally around that person and allow the average man on the street that the are not alone, there are others who are not happy with the way things are going and they can use their single voice to create change by joining it with many others who feel the same way. And if the media try and ridicule that person, we should not stand by and let that happen but fight back, stand our ground - not make excuses or merely go along with it to get along. All that has done I the past is given us the leadership we have in the present.

Let us stand and take back our country. Lets not let it slip away because of our bickering of who is a RINO and who isn’t...if those appeasers want to change there ways, grow a spine and want to join us, fine, if not the growing tide of OUR change, OUR hopes, our POSITIVE vision for this country, will sweep them into history along with the rest of the liberal flotsom in DC.

I don’t know how this will be received by you my fellow FReepers, but I am a 44 year old father, a good family man (I think), I own my own business and for the first time in my life, I am frightened of what the future holds for me, my business, my kids. Frightened enough to finally say - “ENOUGH”

OK, I got that off my chest, I feel better - so, lets get moving - what’s step 1?

Before any court will take on a case, especially the Supreme Court, one has to demonstrate actual personal loss.

The court has to be petitioned to take on a case. Otherwise, they would violate their alleged “non partisan” status.

Lindsey in a RINO ho with with his own price. It’s all a game. At the end of the day these clowns are all yucking it up over cocktails at the club.

So right you are, maggie.

What a perfectly good Saturday now shot to hell by these liberals on both sides of the aisle.

When CNSNews.com asked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi ) where in the Constitution authorized Congress to order Americans to buy health insurance—a mandate included in both the House and Senate versions of the health care bill—Pelosi dismissed the question by saying: “Are you serious? Are you serious?”What the Alien meant to say “What CONTITUTION?”...real Hope and Change will come in 2012, welcome Mrs President Palin

” Other Republican lawmakers dumped on the bill,..”

For second, I thought there was a physical demonstration.
It was expected that not one Democrat would stand up for the American people and the Constitution.
But, it’s still pretty shocking when it actually happens.
Phone calls and faxes mean nothing to these bums ,obviously.
Massing at their town halls means nothing.
Waiting until 2010 gives them carte blanche to ram through amnesty and cap and tax
and anything else they want.
Recalling those Democrat Senators that can be , may be the only viable option to stop this runaway Democrat Administration and Congress.
Only 18 states allow for the recall of Senators.
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho,
Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington and Wisconsin.
Red states like Montana has 2 Democrats, Louisiana has one and North Dakota has two.
There are hoops and procedures and some states require specific acts like felony convictions.
And there have to be good Republican candidates ready to run in the recall elections.
I’m sure the RNC is working on this as we speak /s.
Informative website http://www.ncsl.org/default.aspx?tabid=16581

” Proponents of the recall maintain that it provides a way for citizens to retain control over elected officials who are not representing the best interests of their constituents, or who are unresponsive or incompetent.
This view holds that an elected representative is an agent, a servant and not a master.”

"I believe Fox News’ Judge Nepolitano said that you would have to have “standing,” which means you would have to be willing to risk going to jail and/or paying the hefty fine if you don’t buy insurance, and who is going to want to do that?"

Good God, our country has literally gone to hell. We are in a similar situation as Germany was in the early-mid 1930's. Economic downturn, joblessnes, people looking for a 'messiah' figure to lead them to prosperity and equality with the wealthy, (hope and change). Government just breaking in with breathtaking arrogance and taking control, under the guise of spreading the wealth and helping the masses. Hitler promised the poor that he'd force the wealthy corporations to spread their wealth around to the poor, and Obama has taken this page out of history. Of course the wealthy corporations stayed wealthy and supported Hitler, the poor were given free bread and offered better healthcare. It all sounds so familiar to me.

Senate Republicans blasted the chamber's new healthcare bill in no uncertain terms on Saturday.

"Make no mistake, this bill will reshape our nation and our lives," Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said in a statement. "This bill is a legislative trainwreck of historic proportions."

SO QUIT BLATHERING AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

How's about shutting down the Gubmint?

How about every Republican packing their bags, holding a news conference to say that as they have been shut out COMPLETELY of the process, there is no reason to hang around, and ALL go home!

Let's see the State-Run Media try and ignore that one!

Oh course that will never happen cuz MOST OF the men and women are either a bunch of girly-guys or whores!!!

There’s that word HOPE again.

As I said, hope isn’t enough to win this war against world communism. And unfortunately one election isn’t going to purge the evil seeking to take away our freedoms.
