I have been talking about a national strike for years. Make the economy come to a grinding halt for one day and I guarantee eyes will open.

The strike is a great idea, the only problem with the income tax is that most people work for someone else, so the tax is automaticaly taken out.

Thanks for the link! There discussing a nationwide strike on January 20th. I prefer one a week or more long but this is a great start, just the fact that they are getting the idea out there. STRIKE!
