Did Congress vote to authorize US military operations against Yemen?

I noted that they missed their target. At what cost.

If only presidents past had respected the constitution and not authorized any attacks without congressional approval, there would be no precedent for this.

Fortunately, as everything else Obama does is “unprecedented”

now this attack on Yemen is also an unprecedented abuse of power by a Nobel Peace Prize recipient.
