may be “interesting” to see whether Iranian mis-behavior will arouse Iraqi nationalism..... granted, Iraq will not be remotely prepared to fight Iran in the forseeable future, nor would we want that while our people are still there..... [unless we decided to bomb what there is of the Iranian military into rubble and then let the Iraqis mop up]...... but maybe this sort of crap from Iran will prevent Iraqi Shi’ites from feeling too much affinity with their co-religionists across the border?
