A strategist casting a cold eye on the Gallup poll tracking President Obama's job approval rating might be tempted to give our president the following advice: Sir, you need more unmarried, unchurched, poor and inexperienced Americans.
Given the polling trends, the more people who are devout, married and prosperous and have seen more than a few decades of life, the worse it will be for the president. What's good for America is bad for Mr. Obama.
Unless, of course, you think that faith, family, wealth and longevity are bad. But, then, who would think that?
Each Monday, Gallup publishes a demographic breakdown of the president's approval rating among the people it has surveyed during the previous seven-day period.
For the week of Dec. 7-13, Mr. Obama's overall approval was 49 percent, with some groups rating him significantly higher than that and some rating him significantly lower. Among people who seldom or never go to church, Mr. Obama did relatively well. Fifty-three percent said they approved of the job he is doing. Among those who go to church monthly or nearly weekly, 53 percent approved. But among weekly churchgoers, only 42 percent approved.

Okay, what movie actress quoted this to a male character she despised in what movie.
Pretty close. Obama's morals are at the same level as Tiger's. The difference is that Tiger is just sleazy (like Clinton) and not as far as I know evil (like Hitler, Stalin, and Obama).

Actually socialism reaches a point where it morphs into tyranny which becomes repressive which then destructs -— one way or another.
Not the kind of people who are going to remember the Obama Administration fondly, that’s for sure. This is the “What Have You Done for Me Lately” coalition.
At church we pray every Sunday for the President, Congress and all elected officials. For me saying these words has caused some very great reflection and why I should continue to pray for the POTUS whomever that may be. I guess in our congregation in the Bush years there were many who could not abide with his administration and found it difficult to pray for him.
This article points out that since I am a church goer I am less likely to support BHO. While wanting our nation to be successful it is hard to want his Cap and Trade, Obamacare, Iran policy, and reckless spending to succeed. I pray that BHO will make the best use of his intellect and try to remove his leftist ideals. I fear if he is as big a failure if left to his own direction this country may be unrepairable. Only God can save us - this is what I believe.
“If they’d known he was going to be like this a year ago, he wouldn’t have won. And the flip side of bitching is ridiculous, uncritical praise.”

Of course if they had a brain they would have known long before the election that he was a guaranteed disaster. He made it quite plain to anyone who really wanted to know as opposed to blindly skipping down the garden path and ignoring the rattlesnake coiled up a few feet farther on. I actually went to the polls and voted for John McCain, not because I had any kind of illusion that he would be a good president but simply because I could not imagine that he would be as bad as I knew Obama would be.
The tyranny part comes in early for anyone who resists!
