No offense, but are you sure? I thought once there are 60 votes to end debate that all the following votes (the Senate bill and then the Conference Committee’s final bill) only required simple majorities?
"If there are material changes in that conference report different from this bill that adversely affect the agreement, I reserve the right to vote against the next cloture vote. Let me repeat it.
