There is a problem with legalizing MJ.

Insurance companies will not cover a person who is using drugs- either for workmen’s comp problems, or liability problems with driving a company truck.

This will kill small business.

The reason for that is because drugs are illegal in the first place ...

The U.S. Congress is working as hard and fast as they can to kill small business AND the insurance companies.

The war on (some) drugs is what emboldened them in this regard.

What's your point?
