>> The individual States.

And that may change, but if not, the force of the Fed, as an arbitrator of all that involves health care and costs, could easily influence the licensing requirements.

I suspect nully’d rather be left out of this.

So instead of a ‘cardiac bypass’, the Doc will just list it as: “fixed his ticker, got it runnin’ real smooth now”

A Republican member of the House said in a radio interview that all they would have to do is attach an amendment to any bill defunding healthcare if they had enough votes after the 2010 or 2012 elections.

Here's another thing the States could do right now. Simply pass this One Law

Doing this as well along with that would really do the trick.

It is already underway. Caiman Island General Hospital type plans are under way (there is no such entity by the way - just an example). Of course, they will try to make that illegal too.

Until they are rendered completely and permanently incapable of further resistance or intermeddling, the left will seek to coerce and to kill at their whim. They are not whole people. The exercise of tyranny slakes the thirst of their inferiority as persons.

Before the Constitution is completely tossed out by Obama & his Communist Posse. It states quite clearly what the Government can’t do to you. And one of those is not being able to force you to buy something. Personally, i think there should be National Fund that we can all pay into.To pay the Best Constitutional Lawyers to pick this thing apart & destroy it. Like any other monster, it must be killed.

Bingo!

Everything must be done to starve the hellspawn in DC.

And nobody better dare to quote "Give unto Ceasar" to me.

Ceasar's likeness was on those coins. The US money belongs to US, not the government. They are stealing it, they are counterfeiting it, and they are poisoning OUR PROPERTY.

Take as much as you can, whenever you can, however you can.

No what is going to do is create a black market; you’re going to be paying under the table..(of course I suppose the benefit of these transactions is that at least they won’t be “taxed”).

One major problem for those of us who worked for the State of Georgia and are 65 or older is that according to State Retirement Requirements, we MUST accept Medicare Advantage or we lose our State Health Coverage. If 0bamaCare passes, it will totally screw up tens of thousands of Retired Georgia State Employees.

Is there any other State with a similar requirement for their State (and Teacher) Retirees?

...they will try to make that illegal too

That's when some enterprising "Capone" takes over the business and runs a medical black market.

Prohibition never works if the prohibited product is what the people want. It will cost more of course, but it will be available.

Gay=Gay?
Black=black?
Boy=boy?
Hoe=Hoe?

Sure we can relable...with whole new meanings. The left does it all the time to mean things are racist etc.

They=they?

“human repair professionals”

Great ideas, guys.

I’m going to start calling an orthopedist a carpenter, a GYN is a plumber, a general surgeon is a mechanic, and a neurologist is a calibrator. Works for me. Screw the commies.

Doughty, try out this idea. I go to a doctor. He treats my medical condition for free. There is no bill, and hey NO TAXES to tag along with a bill. This doctor also makes a personal loan to me in the amount of what this “treatment” might have cost had he not done it for free. Heck we’re friends. What’s a few loans between friends? Happens all the time. Now, I agree to pay back this loan at double it’s amount cuz I want my friend to always be my friend. The end result would be that I get treated for free and my medical records would include the medical stuff but there would be no money involved. The doctor might even be able to write off his free medical treatment to me on his taxes. Whatcha think?
