Meeting reporters after passage of the Democratic national health care bill, Sen. Charles Schumer seemed sensitive to the commentary pointing out that the Democratic legislation is overwhelmingly unpopular with the American people. "I don't believe that," Schumer said. "I believe that the negativity that Leader McConnell and others have continually displayed on the floor has peaked, and now, when people learn what's actually in the bill and all the good it does, it will become more and more popular."

But they won’t get any Obamacare until 2014. When the everyday grunt figures out he is paying for his healthcare now while also paying for this Obamacare in the future, they will get very pissed seeing their six-pack funding has evaporated.
The Dem spin machine added and abetted by the MSM will go into high gear over the next 11 months. It remains to be seen how successful they are.

A LOT of people are going to be shocked. The backlash hasn't even started yet. Once this bill actually hits Americas wallet, where people can actually live the consequences, all hell is going to break lose.
I believe at this point people are still a bit confused about what's in the bill, and that makes them "uneasy". Wait until the bill is due and services for those payments are 4-5 years away. That will make them furious.
The moderate democrats who may be trusting their representatives right now are going to freak!

I am surprised at how many people who have heard a news blurb about the bill are in total SHOCK when I say (after they talk about needing to go to the doctor in January) that they don’t get coverage until 2013. I mean their mouths are literally hanging open.
THEN I get to tell them, you know this doesn’t mean you just ‘get’ coverage? You have to PURCHASE a policy, and then get a subsidy if you qualify. Another mouth gaper.
This bill has (as my foul mouthed uncle would have said) ‘the sh*t on both ends of the stick’. Seriously, the public option would cover a lot of people, but it’s not there. The insurance mandate will cripple the doctors in this country AND because of the lawyer lobbyist, would punish doctors.
Get this, they will have to call the government to get procedures, medicines and surgeries approved by a DEFUNDED Medicare. BUT, if they don’t do the procedure and the person dies or something, they are STILL LIABLE under malpractice!
Leave it to liberals to screw something up so bad it may never recover. If I were a young person coming out of school, being a physician would not be on my choices of professions.

Good thing conservatives and REpublicans ran to support Joe Lieberman, who ran for Dem VICE PRESIDENT in 2000 instead of any of the 3 much more conservative candidates in that race.
If Sean Hannity is your guide, maybe you should rethink things in life.
If the people of Connecticut had elected a Libertarian for that Senate seat, he surely wouldn’t have affected the vote tally on “THE WAR”, but surely wouldn’t have voted for this crap.
We’re killing them over there so we can have the free healthcare over here.
