From what I recall from the old days when they were hotter than hell, KISS did have a problem with having their photos taken --- without make-up.
This lawsuit is such a waste of time. I hope it never goes to court, and if it does, that they would lose. It's as if they set him up just so they could make a quick buck.

I agree and hope he has people there who saw what happened. If he acted like this then I’d bet they were making PITA’s of themselves before this happened or his kids were there and they were being obnxious?

Some people will aggravate to invoke a confrontation. this may be the case here
by sticking the camera within inches of his face and walking next to him.
