Secretary Janet Napolitano states "A single warning from a father is not enough to put someone on the federal no-fly list." Duplicity! The terrorist was not placed on the no-fly list because Napolitano decided otherwise! This is NOT the law; this is the Obama Administration POLICY! The Administration POLICY is fair game to partisan attack, especially when the Administration POLICY will destroy property, economic activity and Americans. God help us.

Could you imagine the nightmare of millions of people who flew somewhere for the Christmas holiday, not being able to be let on flights to get home ... as well as all flights being canceled for the immediate future!
