A former Manoa resident sent President Barack Obama an old photo of the two of them taken while they were third-grade classmates at Noelani Elementary School, requesting an autograph more than six months ago. He recently received the autographed picture back, as well as a personally signed thank-you note.

Even in the self congratulating mode of a party nomination & acceptance speech in Denver last year the obligatory movie and stage lacked the expected contingent of "old friends", in fact the movie (I think) jumped from Hawaii to Chicago, huge jump.
If Obama was to submit his "public" resume for a real job it'd be trashed for having too many unexplained gaps in its timeline.
The media just yawned.
Question, was the name written on the photo BARRY his real fist name or nick name for Barack???

They are also listed in the separation/child visitation papers.
That is significant evidence of legal adoption.
In my view, evidence must meet the FRE (be admissible) to be truly significant. Barry isn't even named in the divorce, while Maya is.
I would call this highly suggestive of the possibility that Barry was adopted and worthy of further exploration for more conclusive evidence.
We just don't know and we likely won't know unless someone like D’Onofrio persuades the judge in his quo warranto hearing that the burden of proof is on Obama to release the “best evidence” of the primary documents supporting his claim to be a NBC born on US soil, and that would include his HI vital records, not a secondary summary COLB.
The vital records may well show an adoption and amendments to an original reported home birth to first change his name from BHO II to Barry Soetoro and then later to change it back to BHO II.
