Muslims create myths in their heads all the time. Nothing new here.
Meanwhile, while he was executed, another person has already replaced him in the organization. Going after the mules really does little to impede these types of operations. Unfortunately, it’s the lower levels who are always busted. Those at the top of the food chain, whose arrest, and execution would make a difference, are never caught, so it seems.
If they are elected to Congress what can we do?
run them out of office that is what tar and feathers are for, babe.
How was he executed?
“How was he executed?”
It’s interesting that the news stories never mention this in their China execution stories. It’s always mentioned in the US execution stories.
I think the press believes that Americans would be shocked if we knew, so they don’t tell us.
Yeah, I’m just curious.
And it’s just as wrong as the much-decried barbarism in Muslim countries.
Sorry...I’m generally a law-and-order type, but I cannot endorse disproportionate punishment. These people deserve prison, not death.
Finally found it:
“Xinhua said Shaikh was put to death by lethal injection. China, which executes more people than any other country, is increasingly doing so by lethal injection, although some death sentences are still carried out by a shot in the head.”
Interesting. I am surprised China uses such a humane method of execution.
Pgh, even the family doesn’t deny he did the crime.
They just made up some insane story to say he was “tricked” into carrying heroin into the country so he could become a big music star.
The family provided no documentation proving mental illness or a family history of such either.
Frankly, I don’t like China. But, in this case, how could anyone believe the family at all when they don’t even deny the charges????
Seriously.
“And its just as wrong as the much-decried barbarism in Muslim countries.”
I disagree completely. Muslim barbarism is often based upon lies, and the guilty verdicts are lies.
And you think that's not the case with the ChiComs?
If we had enacted such penalties back in the 70’s, we wouldn’t have the drug problems we have now.
There are a lot of things the Chinese do that we could do, but that doesn't make them right.
For instance, our automakers could be more competitive if we supplied them with slave labor, but surely you wouldn't advocate that, would you?
China, Singapore, Malaysia, and many other countries have this. Harping on Chi-Coms is a faux argument. Singapore is more capitalist-free market than we are.
Feller lost his mind ...............
Well, that didn’t stay posted long.
"I'd like to buy the world some coke..."
I realize that, but it’s still barbaric. It even violates the old “eye for an eye” rule of thumb.
Just because it might have some benefits doesn’t justify it.
Probably makes it easier to harvest the organs, corneas, etc...
