Actually, they are a bit
too efficient for my taste. You're convicted, sentenced, then taken outside and the deed is done. Just like that. And since the police never would have arrested you unless you were guilty, conviction is almost a certainty. I'll bet that if I were unfortunate enough to have been born Chinese, I never would have seen my twentieth birthday. I do not dig Chinese Justice.
We would outsource the execution, not the court proceedings.
I might entertain outsourcing the execution appeals process to the Chinese though.
