Sure, I’ve been to Alex, West Monroe, etc., but New Orleans is always a guaranteed gas. But, truth be told, I love the entire place but I really like being near the water.

When natural gas starts climbing in price a bit, the place to be is likely to be Shreveport. That Haynesville Shale play is going to turn that town into Kuwait City, only with booze.

And my yankee relatives that live along lake Ponchartrain and in Gentilly and Lakeview know they are damned Yankees too! Hell I even own land in the far off north, Mandeville, still!
