The NK’s have had 50 years of watching US/SKorean maneuvers. They’ll have files on every strategy, and considering its the defense of a peninsula, how many can there really be. Also collaborators will have sited every prepared fighting position and line of communication. There can’t be many surprises left.
The only real question mark is the willingness/reluctance of Washington to honor commitments. That’s not data they’ll get from a flash drive.

The plan could be a plant, left on purpose to give the North Koreans false intel or scare them into peace talks? Why not let them believe something that they want to believe, they are always trying to break into south Korean and US military computers. I will bet it has a section that says “if we can't hold the line we will have to use tactical nuclear weapon right away and target the north Korean leadership with nuclear bunker busters within 24 hours of conflict”.
