‘Militants’ is another euphemism used by the MSM to replace ‘terrorist’.
In an extremely displaced sense of priorities, this Administration is more concerned with returning Vets, than those whom those Vets were fighting.
It isn't "a displaced sense of priorities" at all. You just aren't cynical enough to get it:
Muslim militants/terrorist are only a threat to Americans and our power, but their terror threat also help increase government power over our lives.
On the other hand, returning Vets are a threat to Obama's power and government's power over our lives --the same reason that "Ron Paul supporters" were also singled out as "a threat".
DC isn't afraid of Muslim militants -- they are using them, which is also why they keep letting more in. DC is most afraid of us refusing to continue empowering politicians and government and defending our rights by force. We are the real threat to their existence, not Muslim militants.
