You’re right (re: local programming being able to compete with the syndicated programs)....which is why PTF will not succeed with its new format.
Who knows? Maybe there will be a new “Rush” or a new “Hannity”.....ready to step up onto the conservative talk radio stage....that would be fine too.

A pretty pathetic and lazy job by Clear Channel in announcing the change. My parents love Rush, and had no idea where the program went. I found out through FreeRepublic.
