When this story first came out, there wasnt a pix with it. I was thinking..what the hell is shave ice. Finally, I found a pix. Its a frikken snow cone. How many adults do you know that even like this stuff? I always felt it was for the kiddies.
Sno-cones are good on a hot day at the NY State fair—even for adults. I have always been partial to cherry. :-)
I’d be willing to bet all Sno-Cones on the mainland will now be called Shave Ice. Someone will have to report from Syracuse next August.
My kids used to have a Snoopy Sno-Cone Maker which made more mess than crushed ice. But they had fun.
