Britain faces coldest winter for 25 years as big freeze causes chaos for millions

Heavy snowfalls and ice will continue to cause widespread disruption as the big chill tightens its grip across the UK in the coming week, forecasters said today.

The freezing weather brought chaos yesterday as snow created treacherous driving conditions and caused a number of sporting events to be cancelled.

Northern England was deluged with up to 6cm of snow while heavy falls occurred in eastern Scotland with 9cm recorded lying on the ground in Edinburgh last night.

The Met Office warned of icy roads across the UK and heavy snow in Yorkshire, northeast England and parts of Scotland today.

The Arctic conditions are set to last for the first half of the month - with fresh snowfall, severe frosts and ice on the roads.

Last night the mercury plummeted to minus 17C in Braemar, Aberdeenshire, as temperatures of minus 15C were predicted in parts of Scotland and Northern England over the next 10 days.

The transport network suffered under the strain of the freezing conditions as a number of rail lines closed in Scotland and more than 40 bumps and crashes were recorded on the roads.

The only good thing about this deep freeze much of the Western world is in right now is it makes it a whole lot harder for the Al Gore types to sell the global warming baloney.

There’s cold winters and then there’s cold winters. They’re all a little different....but none of them are warm!!

Time was, you could read British newspapers and understand them. Now they tell you their snowfall in sedimenters and their temperature in degrees Centipede.

Give those Yurps an inch and they'll take 160,934 cm.

This is why it is climate change. It is colder, the Climate Changed, we are all gonna die!!!!! This is the best theory ever!!! No matter what happens, they are correct.

I was talking to pioneering Conservative radio talkshow host, Avi Nelson, about the global warming hoax: Vegetation Pollution II and Global Warming. The space molecule descriptions are of carbon dioxide, isoprene, and ozone, respectively. Then candidate Reagan mention EPA research that 80% of pollution is caused by plants and he was largely right because certain plants give off ozone precursors such as isoprene. It is a scientific point a lot of people don't understand.

Also, here is my first youtube on Vegetation Pollution where I talk with the author of The Politically Incorrect Guide to Global Warming.

Don’t worry Al....the global warming returns in the summer months where your wise warnings will be vindicated. Only the truly enlightened know that severe global cooling is also a product of man made climate change caused by Gore bull warnings.

While it was started as documentation of the ClimateGate Swindle, I have plenty about The Coming Ice Age, err, Global Warming, err, Climate Change, err, what we used to call "having weather", too-- click the picture, goto the last "page," and scroll back:

"Hadley CRU has apparently been hacked –[epic fraud?]"

Click the picture:

And yes, it is a swindle- a fraud and a cheat and a scam-- a deliberately designed construct intended to con you out of things you hold dear-- money, and prosperity, and freedom... and a few other things, as well.
