“...I believe he is not constitutionally able to be president, but, we can’t get him out now.”

So, the Constitution means nothing? It is to be applied only when convenient? It is to be construed in terms of the present conditions, as a ‘living document’?

Sorry, I’m not buying it. There have been multiple failures in this charade, from Cheney abrogating his responsibility at the EC certification process, to the talking heads taking their marching orders from somewhere east of Oz. I heard a report, today, that Leo’s case has made some progress in getting the Occidental College records released that indicate 0bama applied for and received scholarship money RESERVED FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS. So, what country did he represent as his homeland?

There is more to this than has been made public, obviously. I don’t give a rip for 0bama and the 0bamaroids. I DO, however, care deeply for the US Constitution. As a veteran, and as a citizen of the US (natural born, BTW) I care very deeply that this man has possibly perpetrated one of the greatest frauds in the history of this grand experiment and is continuing to thumb his nose at the American people. This could all go away so simply and so quickly. Merely show us a valid long-form BC.

It’s time to take back the country.

According to the Constitution, applying it to a sitting president takes a majority of the House and two thirds of the Senate. Not going to happen.
