It's being tweeted that the Iranian Amb to Norway has resigned and is seeking asylum in Oslo. So far I have not seen it in the MSM. It's beeing tweeted that it is been published in a Norwegian paper. Anyone read the language?

Things must be gettin real bad if Ambassadors are cutting and running, as one person posted.

Iranian Amb to Norway has resigned and is seeking asylum in Oslo.

Phew! I thought he was going to ask for asylum in the U.S. I'd be so ashamed when Sec. Clinton would deny his request and send him back to Iran.

Great psy-ops play if it isn't true:

"and today the Iranian ambassador to Norway resigned and is seeking asylum ..."

"no, I didn't! who said that??? what is going on here?"

"when asked for comment, an Iranian spokesperson mentioned death by traditional practice ..."

"noooooo! now I can't go back there! Someone get me the Norwegians on the phone; we're staying!"

Ummm..., I wonder about all the Internet sourcing sometimes... I mean some of it may be as good as overhearing a conversation in a bar... LOL...

But, not saying it’s not true... just like many things overheard in a bar may be true, too — but I would not “source it” that way in some college paper I was writing... :-)

Sure hope it’s not disinformation! But if NRK are legit call letters for a Norwegian TV station, it will be easy enough to check out how legit the tweets are.

Looks like Barry is cozying up to those Jew-hating sob’s right when they’re losing their grip on power.

Not surprising. He embodies an inversion of all that is true, productive and virtuous. An almost perfect negative.

Don’t know the language , so as far as I can tell, this could just be another story about the protests, or it could be about the Amb resigning:

Side info: the late-Shah’s former ambassador to Norway is an activist in that country and could well have influenced matters.

Also remember the take over of the Norwegian Embassy by anti-regime demonstrators a few months ago, who then hoisted up the real Lion & Sun national flag (not the one with Allah in the middle). Although the embassy staff have diplomatic immunity and carry sidearms, none of them dared draw a weapon.

The story at one time stated it was an event in Sweden but if memory serves me right, it was Norway.

Meanwhile a USA based Persian TV has also heard this and adds (without confirmation) that there is a possible second amabassador who has defected.

Yesterday’s article tells about the Ambassador’s opposition to the Iranian oppression of its people:

(And what is that weird advertisemnet at the bottom of the webpage?)

Yes NRK is the Norwegian national broadcaster.

Unless someone is pretending to be them, I would take the news as legit.

Ain’t it just par for the course for Barry? Always showing up with flowers after the train has left the station!

Obama is on the side of the current regime, and will do NOTHING to help the freedom fighters who are stepping up and confronting them.

Obama supports Muslim dictators and terrorist sympathizers!!!
