This technology is already obsolete. A suppository bomb almost took out Saudi prince Mohammed bin Nayef in October. This type of bomb is completely undetectable without a full body x-ray or a physical cavity search.

I'm sure even the wannabe terrorist understand this....Not to mention the folks that make the scanners are the client of Mr. Chertoff's security firm.

Please provide a link to something that proves that the L3 scanner will not detect a suppository bomb? It appears to me that this is just another imaginary limitation that does not exist in reality.
