Don't really see that it's any of our business. If she can pass for a woman without making the people around her uncomfortable (and from the photo I saw, I'd guess she can), what does it matter? Possibly she's an object for Christian charity but I don't see a lot of that here.

I find transgenderism fascinating in a way. It’s quite possible that their brains are opposite-sex wired from their sex chromosomes, and the phenomenon should be studied by science to see if relief or a cure can be found.
He/she is obviously prospering enough to not need charity, but underneath her looks and persona, he is still XY.
