Analysis: Cool Obama takes the heat (Can't connect the dots but "he's so cool")
Yahoo ^ | 1/8/2010 | David Rogers/Politico

For the sixth time in 11 days, President Barack Obama was back before the cameras Thursday, talking about airline safety and anti-terrorism. He then left quickly for a second White House room to meet with Senate chairmen and press them to have a health care bill on his desk no later than next month.

Two very different issues with one common thread: Obama engaging, shedding his famous detachment after watching the intensity of his support drop dramatically since last spring.

To get health care, he must be both a broker and a buffer, absorbing the heat for difficult decisions at a time when Democratic leaders in the House and Senate have largely exhausted their own political capital — and much of their caucuses’. In the case of terrorism, Obama recognizes too that he must be more out front, responding to the public’s gut fears and anger after the attempted attack on a U.S. airliner Christmas Day. “Ultimately, the buck stops with me,” he said.

As a candidate, Obama’s cool was never fatal because so many voters simply imposed their own dreams on him. But wrapped in the bubble of the Oval Office and surrounded by Ivy-educated budget and economic advisers, this detachment is magnified and hurts him with lawmakers and voters alike, looking for more of a connection amid tough times.

Same as Carter, can’t delegate tasks and burned all his support bridges for help.

This fool is going to be a mess in another year.

I think he’s more angry with al Qaeda for screwing up his domestic agenda and his vacation than with trying to kill 300+ Americans on Christmas Day

When in his position and not knowing what you are doing, it’s best to act cool. Don’t under estimate him though. He knows what he is doing when it comes to ruining this country. I believe this is the plan and he is doing pretty good. It needs to stop and stop now.

Independent observers on the right see Obama’s detachment as a sign of drift. Those to the left see a smart man prone to step back always and take a longer look.

How about a man who hasn't a clue how to lead and is so far out of his depth its painful.

And there are many golf courses out there to keep him busy while the czars and Dem leaders, i.e., Rage and Stretch, dismantle the Republic to third world standards and conditions.

With any luck, he’ll be a quacking lame duck by this time next year, and he won’t be able to destroy our country any more.

“Independent observers on the right see Obama’s detachment as a sign of drift. Those to the left see a smart man prone to step back always and take a longer look.”

People who are dealing with reality see Obama’s detachment as cluelessness, incompetence, and indifference. The only way Zero can be considered “cool”, is by correctly recognizing and acknowledging that he could care less about anything that doesn’t promote or interest him.

He’s cool, all right.

As in absolute Ozero.

Were he to become a cretin, he’d increase his intellect by a very large percentage.

“This fool is going to be a mess in another year.”
You are being too kind and I admire you for it but the fool is already in a mess and he is trying to make sure we are in the mess with him.

We can and will stop him

“Ultimately, the buck stops with me,” he said.

Oh brother, after blaming everyone else for it now the "buck stops here"? What a pathetic, narcissistic, lying little schmuck.

Just googling "Obama blames" brings up these recent "blames" he laid on everyone else:

Dec. 29 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama blamed a “mix of human and systemic failures” for the security breach

Obama blames 'series of human errors' on missed plane bomber

President Obama blames attempted airline bombing on an "isolated extremist"

Obama Blames Intelligence Failures for Flight 253 - TIME

Obama Blames Al Qaeda For Christmas Attack

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I'm not sure my sanity can take 3 more years of this Marxist.
“Its always about HIM”
Unless he is talking about “OUR” failure or how “WE” need to change or “WE” did not do. Then it’s “WE”.
But when glory and adoration is the topic, it’s all “ME” and “I”.
