AbdulMutallab was arraigned in a Michigan federal courtroom Friday afternoon.
AbdulMutallab faces a federal indictment issued Wednesday, including an attempt to murder the other 289 people aboard.
The seven-page indictment charges AbdulMutallab with attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction; attempted murder within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States; willful attempt to destroy and wreck an aircraft within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States; willfully placing a destructive device in, upon and in proximity to an aircraft within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States; and two counts of possession of a firearm/destructive in furtherance of a crime of violence.

Not guilty??? Surprise, surprise...
We've just gone back to about 1995.
From what I understand a not guilty plea is required for most capitol crimes. In other words they won’t let you plead guilty when the death penalty could be a possible verdict.
That is why terrorists need their right to a “fair” trial, so that can be convicted. Obami said so.
How many hundreds of millions are we up to now for the cost of these trials?

I say put the explosives back in his shorts and detonate like he wanted to do in the first place. Put it on pay-per-view and use the money to reduce the deficit.
I’d be willing to bet a large sum that some horse crap will occur in N.Y as well as elsewhere as a result of this “trial” in N.Y. City.
Show the jury the undies and send them to deliberate. End the circus by making it quick.
