Mullen is quite right to say that Afghanistan is more dangerous than it used to be. But the chief reason is the crippling Rules of Engagement imposed on our troops by Obama. Plus the fact that he is perceived as a paper tiger.
I hope that most of these kids come home safe. I suppose it’s too much to hope for that they will all come home safe, although I wish that, too. May God watch over them.

Of course, January 8 is the anniversary of Fidel Castro’s triumphant entering the capital of Havana in 1959. Even Bernie can’t be everywhere at once.
