Looks like we are going to hash over all of the controversial revelations in the book that tries to make everyone but Ozero look like a phony, nuts or a fool.

Gov. Tim Kane (head of the Rats) said Harry Reid is just a wonderful guy whose apology to Zero for racist remarks was simply a marvelous heart-felt thing (paraphrasing). But, Trent Lott’s comments, of course, can be construed as vicious and mean-spiriting. Can anyone spell “double-standard?”

Wow sorry to hear that, its always something!

We may have some fish kills down here. Earlier I measured water temps below 50 Degrees in the ENP(Everglades Nat. Park) of Fla. Bay which is a big deal for us.: Whipray Basin had 47.7 degrees it's here:

http://www.ndbc.noaagov/station_page.php?station=wrbf1

Two others, the Bob Allen site was 48.2 and Murray Key right in front of Flamingo was 48.2 indicate a moderate or maybe heavy fish kill in a few days when dead fish now on the bottom begin to float from internal gasses expanding.

We have already had several reports in Islamorada of fish being netted that were dead or near dead and one major fishing tournament-- The Hawks Cay Sailfish event had a few entrants actually quitting because their bait died.

(This is a big deal since the payout is 50K and these guys grow their baits actually feeding them special foods etc. for up to 6-8 months before the event!)

Many of Those fish surviving are headed offshore to the Reef where just offshore the shoreward edge of the Gulfstream has been providing water in the low 70's which is like a lifeline to many species such as the snappers grouper and many others.

The big kill may happen to a prized gamefish the snook.

These fish migrate North along both Fla. coasts and get caught up when a cold wave hits. Water temps under 50 can do them in. The lose their protective slime and then swim on the surface a couple of days and then die off.

Ironically, their are a few havens for these fish around the state of all places they are the nuclear plant cooling canals(St. Lucie plant,Homossassas plant,Turkey point plant) where salt water is used to cool nuclear reactors at area nuclear plants. Water temps in the 80's are common here and many species from manatees, sea cows, to snook, tarpon, jacks many other species can be saved in a temporary cool spell by just getting close to these canals. Must drive the wacko libs crazy to think their beloved manatees are being saved by nuclear power plants!!!

I interviewed a spokesman from the Mote Marine Labs in the Lower Keys on the air Thursday night and he too is concerned about the potential.

We also discussed a known fish kill that happened in the Eastern areas of NC near the NC city of Washington off RT 17 where mid 30's water temps killed off sea trout.

We discussed how NC areas Sea Trout can survive extremes in temps from 85-45 degrees but once it hits the 30's its all over.

For some reason the crops freezing takes huge precedence over fish kills, always has probably always will.

No, they are not used to grass roots contacting them. I do it here and usually get a response but they both know I am holding them accountable. Luckily, we have two pretty good reps in the RNC. Still, you can find out who they are by calling your local state GOP office and asking. Getting their email is more difficult sometimes. My next complaint to them will be about Steele. Hey, they elected him so they are responsible for his performance.

lol, on FOX, Wallace asks Kaine if Reed should step down and how it is any different than the impact of Lott’s statements about Thurmond.

Steele - says Reed SHOULD step down. Good. It’s either a racist comment or it’s not. These statements are a reflection of an attitude. Brings up Reed’s statements about the health care debate and slavery.

Kaine basically says if obama accepts it, it’s fine by him.

Kaine is saying (with a straight face) that Reid's “light skinned with no Negro dialect” comment was part of a compliment to Obama by Reid.

The Libs are going to force me to HP meds.

Sorry to hear that, not trying to make excuses for her but he did help put her on the Nat. scene(even thought he does not know when to stop running and sit home) she probably has very mixed emotions about him at present.

Wallace going after Steele. Oh, my, replaying Steele’s comments with Hannity that the RNC can’t take the house (?) back and telling those who disagree with him to “shut-up”. LOL, I’m expecting him to tell Chris to “shut-up”.

Now Wallace brings up Steele’s using the phrase, “Honest Injun(sp?) on Hannity’s show. LOL, we are WAY too PC these days.

Tim Kaine is just mouthing talking points. I guess that’s not really anything new with him.

Right now we are quite happy to be the party of NO when everything they are doing is so destructive and insane.

They are getting the message.

The GOP/RNC by now realizes that they will be struggling for dollars if they keep funding rinos. And, our plan to fund only conservative candidates directly, must drive them absolutely bonkers!

But, they brought it on themselves.

Steele is being very defensive. Not sure he can take the heat. Chris is giving him a pretty hard time. Kaine is an idiot. Reid’s remarks were a compliment to The One? Right...

Please don’t start going after Palin. She’s single-handedly inspired and motivated the grass roots, and there is no one else able to do that right now.

Agree . . . she's had some help . . . but she is a fearless voice for American exceptionalism.

I think Steele did a pretty good job laying into Reid et al.

Then Wallace ripped into him over his controversial book and ability to raise money.

Now Steele slapping down the RATs for the state of the economy.

Wallace asking about RATs proposed “hard pivot” back to jobs and the economy.

Steele responds people getting dizzy trying to follow RAT agenda they have done nothing to curb unemployment.

Kaine spinning success of stimulus saving jobs.

Steele states the Rs will take back the House.

Kaine now says the Dem’s have the edge on future elections because they have less politicians retiring than the Repub’s. IOW, we’re not bleeding as bad as they are.

Steele makes the point that obama/dem’s are on their third pivot back to focussing on jobs. Meanwhile, unemployment grows.

Kaine says, “We’re all about jobs.” (my comment - losing them!) We’ve helped state govt’s remain more solvent, we’re not losing as many jobs as we were last year.

Steele says we will take back the house. Dem’s are “toast”.

Chris was a lot tougher on Steele than he was on Kaine. For the most part he allowed Kaine to spew his talking points. But he kept interrupting Steele.
