So I wonder if Oliver Stone[r] is as sympathetic to GW Bush or Nixon as he is to Hitler and Stalin?

Stone did make a movie about Nixon. I thought it was very well done. It's been a while since I saw it but I remember parts that were sympathetic to Nixon.

Anthony Hopkins did a great job playing Nixon.

I think the answer to that is self-evident. Just look at his films.
