This is a REALLY bad sign. The president must know that a “severe disruption” is coming. Probably a monetary collapse or crisis on an Argentina 2002 scale. That’s my guess.

More like Venezuela right now. Devalued currency and a 2 tier exchange rate. already panicked buying going on.
