“The Council of Governors would control the National Guard which, theoretically, would be in a position to confront well-armed hunters.”

That’s a problem, too. Will the Georgia National Guard invade Florida to round up the Florida National Guard?

That would be a real killer concerning intra-service unity and cooperation. You’d have national guard units completely out of command control and at each other’s throats. You’re talking civil war. Washington DC would be burned to the ground.

Obama's executive order contains this as one of the goals of the Council of Governors: "synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States"

I seriously think he's looking for a second civil war. He's making bad choices because they are bad. He wants it to all fall apart. His goal is the transformation of America.

If he can touch this off, he wins. He doesn't have to conquer states, pacify areas, esstablish a working (?!) communist dictatorship. None of that sort of "success" is necessary.

If Obama can get part of the American government to start shooting at the other part of the American government, then he had achieved his purpose. We will be damaged and other countries will have a chance to get a bigger piece of the pie. American exceptionalism will be ended.
