I am afraid it is already secretly being put in place. Most of the Tarp money is still not spent and they can use it how they want without any checks. You don’t need a large force. I fear they will initiate a “decapitation strike”. They only need to arrest 15,000 “leaders” or so in the first strike. Leaders take time to form, in one night they can crush the opposition. Modeled after the “night of the long knives” or communist purges. I think it’s coming, after they get the top they will come for the next layers.
