A New Jersey woman is in court Wednesday for a disorderly conduct charge after she cursed out a middle school principal.
Cindy Schwalb says a boy pulled down her 13-year-old daughter's sweatpants in front of other students at Hasbrouck Heights Middle School.

There is no law against swearing. I’m assuming there is more to this story.
With the way the Mom used the forum, I'd say it's a high probability.
That said, this is a mess. It's a lawyers field day. I'm not a judge, but in our area a kid could have been sued for sexual harassment over this. People had better be careful before they conclude anything. Too much is not clear.
Why would an adult want to know if a child was wearing a thong? That is questionable AT BEST. She needs to get her daughter out of that school.
Especially since that article states that the school board seminar was about bullying.
And jackass school superintendents should be smarter than to ask what kind of underwear the girl was wearing. Makes him sound like some kind of a perv. Why didn’t the cop advise the mother to bring charges?
The county school superintendent might be investigating this to see if the school ignored state harrassment policies. What a bunch of imbeciles.

My Mother used to curse me on behalf of the Principal. But none of my Principals acted like pedophiles at school board meetings.

I would think you would usually have a meeting to be able to express you concerns to someone.
How dare she question her masters. Nevermind if the kid had on a thong or not. Only a moron would think it would even matter to the situation and only a pervert would want to know the answer.

No, it makes him a perv. Pulling someones pants down like this should result in sexual assault charges. Especially since it was done in a public venue.
It’s none of the school official or board member’s business what the girl was wearing under those pants. The act of pulling her pants down was wrong. The boy should be the focus. The girl should not.
It doesn’t matter if the girl had shorts on, or if she had nothing on under those pants. That’s her business. She was covered up and another person decided to disrobe her. That’s not his choice to make, and it was abusive for him to do so.
The mother obviously didn’t get the issue addressed to her satisfaction at the school administration level, and she too it to the school board. That is exactly what she should have done.
If she couldn’t get it addressed there in a timely manner, then she should have read those officials the riot act.
There’s no excuse for what took place, and it should have been addressed in a serious manner immediately.
Failing to get it addressed at any level, she shold have filed some sort of litigation naming every board member and the upper staff at the school.
I’d like to see them laugh that off.
