Because he was elected to it. Any idiot can be on a school board in NJ. You just have to be a citizen, maybe be able to read a little.

Particularly when a cop is on the school board. He’s an agent of the govt X2. If I had arrested everyone who cussed me or someone else out I’d still be in court, and I retired four years ago.
