Someone owns the rights to Charlie Brown. If they object to this use, they should be able to shut it down.

After all, Disney manages to protect Mickey and Minnie.

It’s supposed to be a parody. Parody is protected under the fair use exemption in the copyright, so it’s unlikely that the Schultz Estate could prevail in a lawsuit. Same thing that protects South Park etc. when they mock a copyrighted work.
