Whomever gets Teddy boy's seat, please use disinfectant.
Ted Kennedy was a masterful disgrace.

Guess folks (the sheep) got fooled by the name and forgot history and common sense.

Bring on the new.

I'd just burn it...I don't think you could bet the stench out...

Pajamas Media claims a new poll shows Brown up by 15 points

No idea who this polling firm is or how legit this poll is.

It would be ironic if the turnaround for the Republican party starts in Mass.

Just a few weeks ago the morons on MSNBC were exclaiming “THere are no Republicans left in the Northeast”. He who laughs last!

Of course the national GOP thought he had no chance. He started the campaign down by about 30 points. The fact that he has closed that gap is a perfect electoral storm of historic proportions that nobody could have reasonably predicted.

They will have to steal this one, and they are very good at it.
And I’m sure he will not be put in office in time to vote on the health care bill...no way, no how.

I hope he’s got good body guards and good lawyers...cause with this bunch, who knows what they are planning.

This is war, don’t forget....

Just broke him off another $35. C’mon folks, even $10 helps.

And while we've got the credit card out, JimRob could use a little scratch too. If a ham'n'egger like me can do it, you can too.

His campaign is the first campaign I ever contributed to. I am considering calling the campaign manager and spending the weekend up there actively stomping through the extended weekend, which is another thing I never have done.

It would be good practice for this fall.

Reporting from MA .....

BIG MONEY is being spent by both sides. TV and radio are completely inundated with Coakley and Brown 24/7 ad campaigns - one after another, with very intense activity in the primetime hours. Coakley’s ads are entirely dark foreboding anti-Brown smear jobs; I have yet so see a single ad articulating her position on ANYTHING. Brown’s ads are filmed ds in a sunny kitchen and focus primarily on what’s wrong with the current situation and the ugly nature of the Coakley smear campaign.

IMO Brown and his family are too likeable and photogenic and “real” for the smear campaign to gain any traction against. Coakley’s people make have finally grasped that, as the latest Democratic ads have changed their approach. The first series of ads simply tried to paint Brown as part of some national Bush/Republican conspiracy conspiring to “protect the Wall Street bankers (honest!), give “tax breaks to the wealthy”, deny abortions to rape victims - the standard Democratic BS. But this “time-honored” approach is apparently not resonating with the voters. The NEW ads take a different approach, suggesting that, while Brown SEEMS like such a nice guy on the outside, he harbors all sorts of ugly secrets. I don’t think these new ads will make any difference at all.

A recent anecdote explains why Martha Coakley’s campaign will end in a smoking fifty foot deep crater on the MA political landscape. Earlier this week, Coakley was asked by a local political reporter whether she might have been too passive in her campaign, considering the apparent closeness of the race. Her reply was (a close paraphrase) -

“Like what? Standing in front of Fenway Park? In the cold? Shaking hands?”

Readers are invited to draw their own conclusions about Ms Coakley’s attitude towards the voting public. It’s possible that I might be wrong, but I think this election will turn out to be a total political earthquake in MA.

That's what I've heard; that Michael Steele and the RNC have not given any money to Scott Brown. STEELE HAS GOT TO GO!!!

No no no... It's Ok, I had a paradigm shift the other day.

The RNC doesn't matter, they are a failed model.

They have been downsized and outsourced to a leaner, quicker, faster, cheaper competitor, The Tea Parties.

They are getting it done, and that is all that matters, lets us not waste our time on the RNC anymore, Look at Rubio and West, they will do it on their own with our help.

I don't mean to be rude, but at this point Screw the RNC.

I just threw $20 at him.

I’m also signing up to make “get-out-the-vote” phone calls on Tuesday, all the way from Texas. =)
